​Cancellation Policy

24 Hour
24 hour notice of changes or cancellations are required regardless of circumstance. Failure to notify the therapist will result in client responsibility for the full price of the appointment.
No Call, No Show / Late arrival / Start time
​In the event of missing an appointment .ie. not canceling online, calling or leaving a voice message, texting or e-mailing twenty-four hours in advance, respectfully the client is held responsible for the full price of the appointment.
In the event of late arrival please notify the therapist in advance via text at (503)830-0069. In the event of running more than thirty minutes late with failure to notify the therapist, it is considered a no call no show.
We aim to start all appointments at the exact scheduled start time, starting at the exact agreed-upon scheduled start time allows the therapist to complete office tasks, respond to messages, room prep and sanitation, take a meal and rest break. If you are early to your appointment please wait in your car or in the waiting area until the schedule start time of your appointment.

Insurance Coverage
Earth & Muscle accepts all FSA: (flexible spending accounts) HSA (Health savings accounts) and HRA (Health reimbursement accounts) cards, at your insurance companies request we provide a detailed and tailored billing receipt.

For Motor vehicle accident claims cases we bill PIP directly through your auto insurance company or law firm. Please E-mail or bring in person doctor referrals for your MVA motor vehicle accident to Earth & Muscle:.

At this time we do not directly bill medical insurance companies such as BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Health or Moda for Massage Therapy beyond the above listed FSA, HSA, HRA, MVA,

Package/ Gift Certificate Policy

All sales final on Packages and Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates expire one year from the purchase date.  6x packages expire 12 months from the date of the first scheduled appointment. ​COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 Special notes and Precautions
-By arriving at your appointment you are voluntarily assuming the risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 that comes with entering any public place used by others.
-Client agrees to take own temperature before arriving at appointment; normal being 97F- 98.6F.
-Client agrees to wash hands upon entering the building.
-Face Coverings to be negotiated at the appointment and depends largely on current Oregon Health Authority and OBMT guidelines.
-Clients please wait until the exact scheduled and agreed upon start time of your appointment to enter the practice space.
​-Clients are encouraged to consult a primary care doctor prior to massage therapy.

Client's must be able to answer NO to these questions:
-Have you been in contact with someone who had confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 Days?
-Do you have or think you have COVID-19?
-Do you have someone in your home with COVID-19 symptoms.
-Do you feel sick? Are you coughing, experiencing shortness of breath, sneezing, fever etc...?
-Have you taken medications to lower your temperature below 100 degrees in the last 14 days?
