Cancellation Policy |

24 Hour
24 hour notice of changes or cancellations are required regardless of circumstance. Failure to notify the therapist will result in client responsibility for the full price of the appointment.
No Call, No Show / Late arrival / Start time
In the event of missing an appointment .ie. not canceling online, calling or leaving a voice message, texting or e-mailing twenty-four hours in advance, respectfully the client is held responsible for the full price of the appointment.
In the event of late arrival please notify the therapist in advance via text at (503)830-0069. In the event of running more than thirty minutes late with failure to notify the therapist it is considered a no call no show.
We aim to start all appointments at the exact scheduled start time, starting at the agreed-upon scheduled start time allows the therapist to complete office tasks, respond to messages, room prep and sanitation, take a meal and rest break. If you are early to your appointment please wait in the waiting area until the schedule start time of your appointment.

Earth & Muscle accepts all FSA: (flexible spending accounts) HSA (Health savings accounts) and HRA (Health reimbursement accounts) cards, at your insurance companies request we provide a detailed and tailored billing receipt.
For Motor vehicle accident claims cases we bill PIP directly through your auto insurance company or law firm. Please fax doctor referrals for your MVA motor vehicle accident to Earth & Muscle: FAX (541) 478-0119
At this time we do not directly bill medical insurance companies for Massage Therapy beyond the above listed FSA, HSA, HRA, MVA,

Hygiene Policy |

Both massage therapist and client agree to follow standard universal hygiene precautions and social etiquette. with regards to body odor, hand and feet hygiene, covering mouth and noses when sneezing, bandaged wounds, cuts scrapes. In the event of open wounds, sores, skin diseases, nail diseases, unwashed feet or other unwashed areas the therapist will utilize universal precautions and locally avoid those areas.

Package/ Gift Certificate Policy |

All sales final on Packages and Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates expire one year from the purchase date. 6x packages expire 12 months from the date of the first scheduled appointment.
