24 hour notice for cancellations is required regardless of scheduling type or circumstance,. failure to cancel will result in being held responsible to pay the full price of the appointment.
No Call / No Show
In the event of missing a session .ie. not canceling online, calling, texting or e-mailing, the client is held responsible for the full price of the session, in this case the clients card will be charged and appointment forfeited..
Hygiene Policy |

Both the massage therapist and client are required to follow proper hygiene etiquette. Due to health and safety regulations the therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment due to improper hygiene. "Shower first, we appreciate it" This leaves the practice space smelling great for clients who are coming in directly after your appointment.

Package deals are a great way get discounted massage therapy when the intention is to receive massage on a regular basis. On Package deals all sales are final, There are no refunds, and no exceptions, Package deals are 100% transferable until expiration.. 3x packs expire in 6 months, 6x packs expire in 12 months.
